Century Textiles and Industries Limited Board of Directors announced that Ms. Preeti Vyas has been appointed as an Independent Woman Director on the Board of the company, effective April 1, 2019 for a term of five consecutive years i.e. from 1 April, 2019 till 31 March, 2024 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
