Century Wind Power Co. Ltd announced a private placement of 16,666,000 common shares at an issue of TWD 150 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 2,499,900,000 on May 10, 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investor Century Iron and Steel Industrial Co.,Ltd. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
