The Company may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, it intends to focus on industries that complement the Company's management team's background, and to capitalize on the ability of the Company's management team to identify and acquire a business or businesses consistent with the experience of the Company's management team and affiliates of Maxim Group LLC, the underwriter. The Company has not conducted any operations and has not generated any revenues.
