Cerillion announced two agreements worth a combined £4.3m with OpenNet. The agreements cover a six year contract extension in which OpenNet will upgrade its core BSS platform to Cerillion's latest technology, 'Cerillion 21'.  The upgrade will include Cerillion's 'Enterprise Product Catalogue', allowing OpenNet to build, test and deploy new wholesale products for its partners. OpenNet will also join Cerillion's 'Evergreen Software Programme', which facilitates ready access to future software upgrades and latest product developments. Cerillion's new customer relationship management ("CRM") framework will also provide OpenNet with much greater flexibility in deployment and a more intuitive user experience. In a second agreement, OpenNet has significantly increased its software licences and extended its use of Cerillion's Managed Service and private cloud platform. OpenNet has been a Cerillion customer since 2017, when the Company was selected to build OpenNet's wholesale platform, based on the Cerillion Enterprise BSS/OSS suite and including an open integration layer. The platform has helped to underpin OpenNet's operating model of bringing together service providers and infrastructure owners.
