NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CESP - COMPANHIA ENERGÉTICA DE SÃO PAULO ("CESP") and VTRM ENERGIA PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("VTRM", together with CESP "Companies"), hereby informs its shareholders and the general market that:

Today, we are please to present our new name: Auren Energy ("Auren")

This is the name of the company result from the corporate reorganization process initiated in October 2021, which aims to create a leading renewable energy platform in Brazil.

Auren was born from the combination of the energy assets of Votorantim S.A. and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and will follow the highest governance standards, with a robust structure and fundamental and necessary competencies to start a new cycle of growth and value creation for all its shareholders.

Auren' shares will be listed, under the ticker symbol AURE3, in the Novo Mercado segment of B3 Stock Exchange and will start negotiating on March 28, 2022, next Monday.
