Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee
On June 29, 2022, the General Meeting of ČEZ, a. s., which opened on June 28, 2022, decided on the following changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s:
Ing. Jan Vaněček was removed from the Supervisory Board;
Ing. Vladimír Černý, Ing. Vladimír Kohout and Ing. František Vágner were removed from the Supervisory Board with effect from August 31, 2022;
Mgr. Roman Binder, who was appointed as a substitute member of the Supervisory Board on February 24, 2022, was confirmed as a member of the Supervisory Board;
Ing. Radim Jirout, MBA, LL.M. (born 1971), Ing. Jiří Kadrnka (born 1970), Mgr. Vít Doležálek (born 1982) and Ing. Eva Hanáková (born 1977) were elected to the Supervisory Board
The new Supervisory Board subsequently elected a Chairman and two Vice-Chairmen. The new Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Ing. Radim Jirout, MBA, LL.M. and the new Vice-Chairman is Mgr. Roman Binder and the new Vice-Chairman Bc. Milan Wagner, who was elected to the Supervisory Board by the company's employees.
The General Meeting of ČEZ, a. s., which opened on 28 June 2022, also decided on 29 June
2022 on the following changes in the composition of the Audit Committee of ČEZ, a. s:
Ing. Jan Vaněček was removed as a member of the Audit Committee
Ing. Andrea Lukasíková was re-elected as a member of the Audit Committee for another term of office, effective immediately
Ing. Petr Šobotník (born 1954) was elected as a member of the Audit Committee
The Audit Committee in its new composition subsequently elected Ing. Otakar Hora, CSc., as its Chairman and Ing. Jiří Pelák, Ph.D., as its Vice-Chairman.
