Mr. Indraneel Dhaneshwar, Vice President - Motors Business who is presently heading the Motors Business will report into Mr. Jatinder and will focus on technology development. Mr. Indraneel will cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective 2nd June, 2025.
Mr. Jatinder Has More Than Three Decades of Experience with A Proven Track Record of Driving Strategic Growth, Fostering Customer-Centric Cultures, and Building High-Performing Teams. He Has A Deep Understanding of Market Trends, Financial Acumen, and the Agility to Adapt to Complex Business Environments. He Joins Us from Karcher Cleaning Systems Private Limited, Where He Worked as Managing Director to Lead the Country Operations for Karcher India. He Has Earlier Worked with Ingersoll Rand India Limited and Thermo Fischer Scientific India Pvt.
Ltd. in Senior Positions. He Will Manage the Full P&L of Motors for India Subcontinent and Work Jointly with Marais Nel, - Executive Vice President - Drives and Automation and International (Except India Subcontinent) Motors Business, to Have Accelerated Exports Growth.
