CGN Nuclear Technology Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000881) agreed to acquire 69.8% stake in Sichuan Guoqingyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 6.5 million on June 2, 2020. Post acquisition, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Zone Zhizhen Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)'s stake in Sichuan Guoqingyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. will decrease from 85% to 30.2%, while Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Zone Chenghuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)'s stake will become 15% to 0%.
