Changsha Chacha Food Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 320,000,000 in equity funding from existing investor Chacha Food Company, Limited (SZSE:002557) on July 19, 2016. The company’s registered capital will be increased from CNY 20,000,000 to CNY 340,000,000. Through this transaction the company shall continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at 20th session of 3rd directorate of the investor. The company has reported total assets of CNY 447,634,789.73, net assets of CNY 62,229,224.74, revenue of CNY 440,378,034.71, and net profit of CNY 39,716,089.82 for the year ended December 31, 2015.
