4.Reason for the change:
The Company decided to distribute dividends of TWD$3.90588235 stock dividend
per common share totaling TWD$9,462,000,000 and TWD$0.43452414 cash dividend
per common share totaling TWD$1,052,634,729 by the resolutions approved by
the stockholders during their meeting on May 17, 2022.
On March 29, 2022, pursuant to the resolutions approved by the board of
directors,the Company planned to increase its capital by 300,000,000 shares
through private placement of common stock. The total number of outstanding
capital following the capital increase was 2,722,500,000 shares on
June 17, 2022.
The Company updated the dividend payout ratio per share, dividends of
TWD$3.47548209 stock dividend per common share totaling TWD$9,462,000,000 and
TWD$0.38664269 cash dividend per common share totaling TWD$1,052,634,729
based on 2,722,500,000 shares.
