Champion Building Materials Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 837.87 million compared to TWD 839.15 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 833.57 million compared to TWD 824.09 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 68.93 million compared to TWD 16.09 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,597.88 million compared to TWD 1,445.98 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 1,580.81 million compared to TWD 1,418.08 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 79.81 million compared to TWD 185.21 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.43 a year ago.
Champion Building Materials Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and trading of ceramic tiles. The main products include polished tiles, facade tiles, marble tiles, slate tiles, floor tiles and wall tiles are used for laying exterior walls, floors and walls of buildings. The Company is also engaged in the manufacturing of stone products business, development of specialized area, new town and new community business, manufacturing of refractory materials and other chemical products business. The main products are mainly sold to Asia, America and Australia and others.
