Inner Mongolia Baotou Department Store Co., Ltd. announced that it has issued 29,109,985 shares on December 1, 2020. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Chang Chun Eurasia Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600697) for 29,103,685 shares and other investors. The company has issued shares to all its shareholders at a ratio of 10:7. Post to the transaction, the total capital of the company increased from 76,302,580 shares to 105,412,565 shares and the stake held by Chang Chun Eurasia Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600697) increased to 67.34% stake. The transaction has been approved in the 7th session of the 9th directorate of Chang Chun Eurasia Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600697). The company has completed registration modification for the capital increase.
