Change Holdings Inc, formerly Change Inc, is a holding company primarily engaged in the NEW- information technology (IT) transformation business, investment business, and public tech business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The NEW-IT Transformation segment provides services that transform the operations and business models of Japanese companies through the development of new technologies and digital human resources to increase productivity and added value. The Investment segment mainly invests in so-called rater stage companies that are preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs) and in listed companies that are expected to continue to achieve high growth. The Public Tech segment provides hometown tax payment platform business and technology services for public agencies.
