Notice about our Suitability to the "Prime Market" (or the New Market Segment of TSE)

CHANGE Inc. (hereinafter, simply "we") hereby announce that we received the notice from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereiafter, "TSE") on July 9, 2021, informing the "result of the primary test to judge the suitability to the listing in the new market segment of TSE" which sets June 30, 2021 as the record date, and we confirmed that we meet the reqirements for the listing in this new market segment called the "Prime Market".

We carefully consider this matter and plan to submit an application for the selection of the new market segment in accordance with the schedule set by TSE after a resolution of our Board of Directors.
