Business Summary

Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based Company providing comprehensive solutions of the industrialization of the construction industry. The Company operates its businesses through three segments. The Prefabricated Concrete (PC) Unit Manufacturing segment provides customers with comprehensive solutions for prefabricated construction, including PC unit design, manufacturing and assembling consultation. The PC Equipment Manufacturing segment provides equipment specially designed for PC units manufacturing and value-added services to the Joint Factories. The Construction Contracting segment performs the construction contract in accordance with designs and timetable provided by architectural design organization and the project owner. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the domestic market.
