Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002623) signed share transfer agreement to acquire Changzhou Andi New Materials Co., Ltd. from Changzhou Almaden Technology Co., Ltd. and 6 individuals for CNY 22.5 million on November 28, 2017. Changzhou Almaden will acquire 60% stake from Changzhou Almaden Technology for CNY 13.50 million and 40% stake from 6 individuals for CNY 9 million. For the year ending December 31, 2016, Changzhou Andi New Materials reported total assets of CNY 2.4 million, net assets of CNY 22.4 million, revenues of CNY 32.1 million and net profit of CNY 3.6 million. The deal has been approved in the 18th Meeting of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd's 3rd Directorate held on November 28, 2017.
