Pu'an County Zhonghong New Energy Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 90 million in equity funding from Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002623) on March 17, 2017. The company’s registered capital will increase from CNY 10 million to CNY 100 million. The transaction has been approved at the 8th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the investor and does not need its shareholders’ approval.
