Erik Selin buys shares in Checkin.com for an additional SEK 1.1 million

The real estate profile Erik Selin has, through his company ES Aktiehandel, on August 22 bought an additional 50,000 shares in the technology company Checkin.com where he is a major owner. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 22 per share, a deal of SEK 1.1 million. The deal was made on First North. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's transparency register.
ES Aktiehandel has previously been reported for a share purchase in Checkin on August 16 of 16,000 shares at a price of SEK 22.60 per share, a deal of SEK 361,600.
Erik Selin is represented by Jonas Strömberg who is a board member of Checkin.
