Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. Co., Ltd. board of directors of the company approved the plan of building an ATV plant by the local committee of Douliu Third Plant. The transaction object has not been determined, and the supplementary announcement will be made after the formal contract is signed. The total amount of the plant construction project is approximately TWD 663,000,000. The total amount of machinery and equipment projects is approximately
TWD 1,508,000,000. The total amount of public works is approximately TWD 1,690,00,000. The total investment is estimated to be approximately TWD 2,340,000,000.
