Chewathai Public Company Limited ("the Company") will organize a company visit to Chewathai Pinklao project, located at Arun Ammarin Rd. Bang Yi Khan Subdistrict, Bang Phlat District, Bangkok with 20 people on August 30, 2022, at 1 p.m.

According to the Good Corporate Governance regarding the Rights of Shareholders and Equitable treatment of Shareholders, the Company offers rights to shareholders who are interested in company visit as follows;

1. The shareholders who have names were listed in the distribution of shareholding as of June 30, 2022.
2. The shareholders can download the Registration form for a Site visit of the Chewathai Pinklao project atwww.chewathai.com.

Please let us know who is interesting in this event by sending back the short filled-in registration form by fax at 0-2679- 8874 or with an email to [e-mail] or post the original Registration form to Chewathai Public Company Limited Address 1168/80 Lumpini Tower 27th floor Rama4 road, Tungmahamek area, Sathorn District, Bangkok 10120 within August 15, 2022.

However, In case the quota is exceeded, the Company will select the first submitted 20 registrants. The selected shareholders will be announced on the Company website. Please kindly be noted that the Company reserves the right to select the participants from the shareholders. Each shareholder will only be entitled to one seat (no seat for any follower).

1. Shareholders are entitled to one seat (no follower).
2. Shareholders must be the shareholders according to the distribution of shareholding as of June 30, 2022.

In case any selected shareholders are not able to be contacted during such hours from 22 to 25 August 2022, it will be deemed as a waiver, waiting-listed shareholders will be entitled to the seat and contacted accordingly.
