China Chengtong Development Group Limited Announces Resignation of Wang Tianlin as Executive Director and Member of its Executive Committee

The board of directors of China Chengtong Development Group Limited announced that due to other work commitment, Mr. Wang Tianlin resigned as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 December 2021. Upon his resignation as an executive Director, Mr. Wang will cease to be a member of the executive committee of the Board.
