ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ISSUANCE OF 2021 FOURTH TRANCHE

OF ULTRA-SHORT-TERM DEBENTURES

This announcement is made by China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited* (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules").

The Company completed the issuance of 2021 fourth tranche of the ultra-short-term debentures on 7 April 2021 (the "Debentures"). The total issuing amount of the Debentures was RMB800 million, with a maturity period of 65 days (the maturity date being 12 June 2021). The par value was RMB100 and the interest rate was 2.42%. Interest was accrued from 8 April 2021.

Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner of the Debentures. The Debentures were publicly issued in the PRC inter-bank debenture market through centralized book-building and centralized placing. The proceeds from the issue of the Debentures will be used to repay the borrowings of the Company and improve its financing structure.

The relevant documents concerning the issue of the Debentures were published on the website of Shanghai Clearing House (http://www.shclearing.com).

The issue of the Debentures did not constitute any transaction under Chapter 14 and Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
