Chinadive Watersports Inc. (SZSE:300526) agreed to acquire GuangDong BONA Robot Co.,Ltd from Technology Dragon (Zhongshan) Robot Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Shuixiong Information Technology Co., Ltd., Huahelong (Shenzhen) Industrial Co., Ltd., Xinyu Chuangxing Investment Development Co., Ltd, Cao Yibo and Fang Ping for CNY 1 billion on January 25, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Chinadive Watersports will issue 12.26 million new shares. Technology Dragon, Guangzhou Shuixiong, Huahelong (Shenzhen), Xinyu Chuangxing, Cao Yibo and Fang Ping will sell 51%, 24%, 6%, 1%, 13% and 5% stake respectively. The deal is subject to approval by the Board of Directors and shareholders of Chinadive Watersports and China Securities Regulatory Commission. The deal was approved by the Board of Directors of Chinadive Watersports on January 25, 2017.
