Shanghai Zhaoxin Software Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 30,816,326 in a round of funding on September 26, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investors China Dive Company Limited (SZSE:300526) for CNY 15,816,326 and Shenzhen Direishi Jewelry Co., Ltd. for CNY 15,000,000. The transaction does not need the approval of the shareholder or the board of directors.

Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 40,816,326 and the investors China Dive Company Limited (SZSE:300526) and Shenzhen Direishi Jewelry Co., Ltd. will hold 51% and 49% stake respectively.
