OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

RESIGNATION OF MEMBER OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

This overseas regulatory announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (the "Company") received the resignation letter tendered by Mr. Feng Liang ("Mr. Feng"), the deputy general manager of the Company, on 20 November 2019. Mr. Feng no longer serves as the deputy general manager of the Company due to work commitments. Pursuant to the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Feng's resignation letter has been submitted to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and has become effective.

Mr. Feng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
