UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS OF

PROPERTIES OF THE GROUP FOR JUNE 2019

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of China Evergrande Group (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') is pleased to announce that the Group's contracted sales of properties for the month of June 2019 amounted to approximately RMB50.26 billion, representing an increase of approximately 0.4% from the same period last year. In June 2019, the contracted sales area was approximately 4.649 million square meters, while the average contracted selling price of properties was RMB10,811 per square meter.

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collecting such sales information.
