UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS OF THE GROUP FOR OCTOBER 2017

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of China Evergrande Group (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') is pleased to announce that the Group's contracted sales of properties for the month of October of 2017 amounted to RMB56.30 billion. The contracted sales area was approximately 5.602 million square meters. The average contracted selling price of properties was approximately RMB10,049 per square meter.

The aggregate contracted sales of the Group's properties for the period from January to October 2017 amounted to approximately RMB422.34 billion. The aggregate contracted sales area and average selling price amounted to approximately 42.472 million square meters and RMB9,944 per square meter.
