UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS OF PROPERTIES OF

THE GROUP FOR MARCH 2021

The board of directors of China Evergrande Group is pleased to announce that:

In March 2021, the Group achieved contracted sales of properties of RMB64.80 billion, representing an increase of 4.4% from the same period last year. The contracted sales area for the month was 7.850 million square meters, representing an increase of 13.0% from the same period last year. Cash collection in March amounted to RMB65.16 billion.

In January to March 2021, the Group achieved aggregate contracted sales of properties of RMB153.15 billion, representing an increase of 3.9% from the same period last year. The contracted sales area was 17.880 million square meters, representing an increase of 7.8% from the same period last year. Aggregate cash collection from January to March amounted to RMB134.28 billion, representing an increase of 18.3% from the same period last year.
