ANNOUNCEMENT

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Feihe Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that due to personal health reasons, Mr. Liu Shenghui ("Mr. Liu") has tendered his resignation letter to the Board to the effect that Mr. Liu will resign as an executive director and the vice president of finance of the Company. The resignation letter of Mr. Liu took effect upon the delivery to the Board on 31 July 2020. Mr. Liu no longer holds any position in the Company after his resignation from the aforesaid positions.

Mr. Liu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Liu for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service with the Company.
