Galaxy Futures Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 2,200 million in equity round of funding on April 29, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. to retain 100% stake in the company. After the completion of the transaction the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 2,300 million to CNY 4,500 million.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
