The board of directors of China Gas Holdings Limited announced that Ms. ZHOU Xueyan has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Control Committee with effect from 11 March 2025. Ms. ZHOU Xueyan ("Ms. Zhou"), aged 52, is the general manager of the operation management department of Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited since June 2021. She is also concurrently the chairman of Beijing Enterprises Water Treatment Limited and a director of BMEI Co.
Ltd. since November 2021, and is also a director and the general manager of Beijing Beikong Water Manufacturing Co. Ltd. since June 2016. Ms. ZHOU joined Beijing Enterprises in August 2011 and served as the deputy manager of the enterprise management department of Beijing Enterprises from August 2011 to August 2014, and the manager of the comprehensive business management department of Beijing Enterprises from August 2014 to June 2021.
Ms. ZHOU received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China in 1995 and a master's degree in Economics from the School of Business Administration of Renmin University of China in 1998 and a Ph.D. degree in Management from Renmin University of China in 2008. Ms. ZHOU will enter into a letter of appointment with the Company as a non-executive director of the Company for a fixed term of three years commencing from 11 March 2025, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the Bye-laws of the Company. Ms. ZHOU waived all the emoluments, allowances and discretionary bonus as a non-executive director of the Board and a member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Control Committee.
