The board of directors of China Glass Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Zhou Cheng has resigned as a non-executive director, the honorary chairman, the member of the strategy committee and the member of the nomination committee of the company, effective August 27, 2021 due to his decision to devote more time to his other commitments and engagements.
