CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

ON THE ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2020

Reference is made to the annual results announcement for the year ended December 31, 2020 of China Harmony Auto Holding Limited (the "Company") dated March 31, 2021 (the "Results Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Results Announcement.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company noted that there were inadvertent typographical errors in the Results Announcement, and the Company would like to clarify that the fourth bullet point on page 1 of the Results Announcement:

"• Net cash generated from operating activities for the year ended December 31, 2020 amounted to RMB832.4 million, representing an increase of 252.9% as compared to the corresponding period in 2019."

shall be revised to the following:

"• Net cash generated from operating activities for the year ended December 31, 2020 amounted to RMB799.5 million, representing an increase of 239.0% as compared to the corresponding period in 2019."
