China Health Group Limited Announces Re-Designation of Wang Jingming as Executive Director to Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of China Health Group Limited announced that Mr. Wang Jingming (?Mr. Wang?) has been re-designated from an executive Director to a non-executive Director of the company with effect from 18 October 2021. He was appointed as the Executive Director of the Company on 15 May 2014.
