China HK Power Smart Energy Group Ltd, formerly China LNG Group Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the liquefied natural gas business. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) business segment sells and distributes LNG, wholesale LNG, point-to-point LNG supplies, LNG pipeline network and provides LNG logistics services in China. The Financial Services segment provides LNG vehicle and equipment financial leasing services in China and securities brokerage, margin financing, asset management services and money lending in Hong Kong.
