China Investments Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Lin Pingwu as Executive Director and Member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of China Investments Holdings Limited announces that with effect from 5 September 2020, Mr. LIN Pingwu ("Mr. LIN") resigned as an executive director and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Company in order to pursue his personal business commitments.
