RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Kangda Food Company Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Ong King Keung ("Mr. Ong") has tendered his resignation as the joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 29 November 2019 to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Ong confirmed that he has no claims whatsoever against the Company for any fees or compensation for loss of office and there is no disagreement with the Board. There is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Ong for his contribution to the Company during his term of service.

APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Chen Xi ("Mr. Chen") has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 29 November 2019. Mr. Chen Xi obtained a bachelor's degree of arts from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2005 and subsequently a master's degree in business administration from Peking University, and a master's degree in corporate governance and compliance from Hong Kong Baptist University. Mr. Chen served as the project manager and the deputy representative of the Hong Kong Representative Office of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade from July 2005 to July 2019. He also served as the director and company secretary of Trade Prosper Hong Kong Limited from November 2016 to September 2019. Mr. Chen is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its warmest welcome to Mr. Chen for joining the Company.

Following the appointment of Mr. Chen, the joint company secretaries of the Company are Ms. Chiang Wai Ming and Mr. Chen.

CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The Board hereby announces that principal place of business in Hong Kong of the Company will be changed to Suites 1505-07, 15/F, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong with effect from 29 November 2019.

The telephone and facsimile numbers of the Company will be changed to (852) 3526 0286 and (852) 3526 0300, respectively with effect from the same date.
