RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Literature Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Wu Wenhui ("Mr. Wu") has, upon completion of his appointment letter with the Company, retired as a non-executive director and vice-chairman of the Board with effect from April 26, 2021 in order to allocate more time for his personal affairs. Mr. Wu also ceased as a member of the strategy and investment committee of the Company on the same day.

Mr. Wu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that he is not aware of any matter relating to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Wu for his valuable advice, contribution and service to the Company during his tenure of office.
