On the afternoon of August 27, President Fang Yanshui on behalf CMEC signed the EPC contract for 'Nigeria Egbema Power Station Repair Project' with Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) through a video conference.

At the contract signing ceremony, Joseph Chiedu Ugbo, CEO of NDPHC, delivered a speech at first. He fully recognized CMEC's engineering experience and strength, saying he was happy to cooperate with CMEC once again. He emphasized the importance of this project to Nigeria's power market, hoping that construction could be started as soon as possible. He promised that NDPHC would give CMEC full support during the construction process.

Fang Yanshui reviewed the process of cooperation between CMEC and NDPHC, saying that the contract is the result of long-term sincere cooperation between the team leaders of both parties. He expressed sincere gratitude for the hard work of the working teams of the two sides, hoping that the two companies could carry forward their traditional friendship and closely cooperate with each other in project implementation. He also hoped that with this project as an opportunity, both parties could carry out new and broader cooperation in the fields of power station repair and expansion, power transmission and transformation, new energy and so on.

Li Kan, assistant to president of CMEC, and responsible persons of the 4th Complete Plants Division attended the signing ceremony.
