The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sale of properties and land. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the leasing of residential and office properties. The Financial Services segment provides loan financial services. The Securities Trading and Investments is engaged in the trading of securities in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
