CHINA MINSHENG BANKING CORP., LTD. Announcement on PBOC's Approval on Issuing Financial Bonds

The Company received recently the Decision of the PBOC on Granting Administrative License (Yin Xu Zhun Yu Jue Zi [2021] No. 153), pursuant to which the PBOC approved the Company to issue financial bonds up to RMB80 billion in the national inter-bank bond market. The license will be valid till 25 October 2023, during which the Company may determine the issuance dates for each tranche.
Upon the completion of the issuance, the financial bonds of the Company will be traded in the national inter-bank bond market in accordance with relevant regulations of the PBOC.
The Company will report the issuance results to the PBOC within 10 working days upon the completion of each issuance.
