Announcement on Resolution of the 7th Meeting of the 8th Session BOS

The 7th meeting of the 8th session of the Board of Supervisors of the Company was held in Beijing by the means of mail voting on 29 October 2021. The meeting notice was sent out by email on 15 October 2021. All 9 voting tickets sent to the Supervisors were collected. The convention and procedures of the meeting complied with the rules and regulations under the Company Law of the PRC and the Articles of Association of the Company. The resolution made through voting is legal and effective.

The following resolution was discussed and passed at the meeting:

Resolution on the 2021 Third Quarterly Report of the Company

In compliance with the relevant regulations, the meeting resolved to provide the following review opinion on the 2021 Third Quarterly Report:

1. The preparation and review process of the 2021 Third Quarterly Report of the Company complied with the relevant laws, administrative rules, regulatory documents and the Articles of Association of the Company.
2. The Company operated in strict compliance with the accounting standards, the accounting rules for enterprises and the accounting rules for financial enterprises. The 2021 Third Quarterly Report of the Company fairly reflected the financial position and operating performance of the Company for the reporting period.
3. No breach of confidentiality regulations by the persons involved in the preparation and review of the 2021 Third Quarterly Report was identified before this opinion is issued by the Board of Supervisors.

The meeting resolved to pass the Report.

Voting result: Affirmative: 9 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.
