ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE COMPLETION OF

REGISTRATION OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED CAPITAL

Reference is made to the announcement of China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 20 November 2020 in relation to the approval of change of registered capital by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.

The Company recently completed the registration procedures for the change of registered capital and obtained the Business License issued by Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. According to the Business License, the registered capital of the Company has been changed from RMB28,365,585,227 to RMB43,782,418,502, and other particulars registered in the Business License remain unchanged.
