Announcement on CBIRC's Approval on the Qualification of A Director

The Company received today the Reply of the CBIRC on the Qualification of Mr. Zhao Peng of China Minsheng Bank (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2021] No.494), which approved the qualification of Mr. Zhao Peng as a Director of the Company. In accordance with the relevant regulations, Mr. Zhao Peng acts as a Director, a member of the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee under the BOD of the Company with effect from 23 June 2021.
