On 17 July, 2020, the Company released the Announcement on CBIRC's Approval of Qualification of Chairman. Recently, the Company has completed the registration procedures for the change of legal representative. The legal representative of the Company was changed to Mr. Gao Yingxin, Chairman of the Company.
