CHINA MINSHENG BANKING CORP., LTD. Announcement on Performance of Duty by Chief Information Officer

It was discussed and consented at the 15th meeting of the 8th session of the BOD of the Bank to appoint Zhang Bin as Chief Information Officer of the Bank. As confirmed with the regulatory authority, the qualification of Zhang Bin as senior management of commercial bank approved before is still effective.
The Bank recently submitted the Report on Appointing Zhang Bin as Chief Information Officer of the Bank to the CBIRC, stating that the term of office of Zhang Bin as Chief Information Officer of the Bank started from 30 November 2021 and will be in consistent with that of the 8th session of the BOD.
