The Company received today the Reply of the CBIRC on the Qualification of Mr. Qu Xinjiu of China Minsheng Bank (Yin Bao Jian Fu 〔2021〕No. 182), which approved the qualification of Mr. Qu Xinjiu as an Independent Director of the Company.
For the biography of Mr. Qu Xinjiu, please refer to the Announcement on Resolutions of the 22nd Meeting of the 7th Session BOD of the Company published on the website of the SSE (www.sse.com.cn) on 29 August 2020.
