China Mobile officially launched Pioneer X1, its first self-branded 5G smartphone and the first white-label 5G model unveiled by Chinese operators, writes China Daily. It's priced at CNY 4,988 (USD 698.3) and is available for pre-orders both online and in stores. Pioneer X1 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, which means it packs the Snapdragon X50 modem. It also features a 6.47-inch display with a waterdrop notch, on-screen fingerprint scanner and 20-megapixel camera.
