BRIEFING SESSION ON

ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR OF 2020

1. Type of the Briefing Session
   China Molybdenum Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") will convene an online briefing session (the "Briefing Session") on the annual results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Annual Results") from 09:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 9 April 2021. The Briefing Session will be held by a combination of
   video recording and online interaction through online platform of SSE Roadshow ( 上 證 路 演 中 心), whereby the Company will communicate with investors in relation to the Annual Results and the operations of the Company.
   In order to facilitate the interaction with investors and to allow investors to appraise the performance of the Company, shareholders of the Company and investors are welcomed to participate in the online briefing session.
