This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Reference is made to the announcement issued by China National Building Material Company Limited* (the "Company") on 2 March 2021 in relation to the restructuring of cement assets (the "Restructuring").

Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd.* (a subsidiary of the Company with its A shares being listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000877)) has published announcements and related documents in relation to the Restructuring, including but not limited to the Draft Report of Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. on a Related Party Transaction in relation to Asset Purchase in Consideration of Issuance of Shares and Cash Payment and to Related Fundraising, on the website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
